Registrations after the first adult are $60 for each adult.
Youth (under age 18) registrations are $30 per person. The registration fee covers snacks, lunches, the Family Day on the Farm and a conference t-shirt.
Registration includes:
- Attendance at all sessions, Friday + Saturday
- Lunch, Friday + Saturday
- The Association Banquet, Friday night
(nominations for 2016-2018 board positions will take place at the banquet) - A Family Association Membership (and 1 vote in Association business matters) is included in the price for the first adult ($100).

AIRPORT: The nearest airport is Raleigh Durham International (RDU), approximately 15 miles from the hotel and conference venue. A shuttle from the airport to the hotel and return will be available for a nominal fee on Thursday, Saturday evening and Sunday morning.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS: We have arranged for a group discount at the Courtyard by Marriott in Durham and will arrange transportation from the hotel to the conference and banquet. The room rate is $109 per night, ask for the BBSFA Conference. Additional days before and after the conference are available at that rate. Continental breakfast is included in the above rate.
PARKING: Parking at the hotel and the conference venue is free. A shuttle between the hotel and the conference site will be available.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS: Requests for cancellation and refunds will be accepted until May 15, 2016.
Note: A $20 non-refundable processing fee will be charged. Please allow approximately 3 to 5 weeks for processing. No refunds will be possible after May 15, 2016.
